Trust & security

Clients hand us unreleased hardware, source code and business plans. These are the practices we commit to on every engagement. They are written into our terms and can be added to your contract.

Confidentiality

  • ✓NDA signed before you share anything confidential; yours or ours.
  • ✓Client code, data, schematics and credentials are never published. Case studies appear only with written permission and show scope, not secrets.
  • ✓Specialists we bring in per project are bound by the same confidentiality terms before they see your material.

Intellectual property

  • ✓You own the deliverables. Code, design files, documentation and IP transfer to you on payment of each milestone.
  • ✓We work in your repositories and your accounts wherever possible, so nothing has to be migrated at the end.
  • ✓Apps are published under your developer accounts; domains, cloud projects and stores stay in your name.

Source code and secrets

  • ✓Access is per person, revoked at the end of the engagement, and limited to what the work needs.
  • ✓Credentials and signing keys are kept in your vault or secret store, never in chat, email or source control.
  • ✓Production signing (for example Android verified boot keys) is performed with keys you control.

Hardware in our care

  • ✓Prototype units you ship to us are logged, kept in a locked space and returned or destroyed at your instruction.
  • ✓Where possible we work on your bench over remote access instead of shipping units.

Quality and hand-over

  • ✓Weekly demos, written milestone acceptance and a 30-day warranty after acceptance.
  • ✓Every delivery includes the build and flashing instructions, documentation and tests needed for another engineer to continue without us.
  • ✓Certification work (CTS, VTS, GTS) is tracked item by item with evidence of passing runs.

This website

  • ✓No advertising trackers. At most a privacy-respecting visit counter. Briefs and attachments are stored in a private database and bucket; see the privacy policy.
