Who we are

AtomToApp (atomtoapp.com) is a product engineering company based in Islamabad, Pakistan. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or contact us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Project briefs. When you submit the quote form we store your name, email address, company, country, the services you selected, budget and timeline, your description of the project, and any files you attach.
• Email and messages. If you email or message us on WhatsApp, we keep that correspondence so we can reply and keep a record of the engagement.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
• Analytics. We may use a privacy-respecting analytics service (Google Analytics with IP anonymisation, or Plausible) to count visits and see which pages are read. We do not run advertising trackers and do not sell or share this data.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver the work you commission, invoice you, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists.

Where it is stored and who processes it

Briefs and attachments are stored in a private database and file bucket hosted by Supabase. Transactional email is sent through Resend. The website is hosted on Render, with DNS and email routing by Cloudflare. Each provider processes data only to provide its service to us.

Confidentiality of your project

Anything you share about your product is treated as confidential. We publish a case study about client work only with the client’s written permission, and never client source code, data or credentials. We sign NDAs on request.

Retention

Briefs that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Records of engagements are kept for as long as needed for support, warranty and accounting purposes, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@atomtoapp.com and we will act on it within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with an updated date.
